Sylvie takes a whole-person approach and uses the complementary disciplines of Leadership and Energetics to help people BE Well so they can DO Well.
She practices and coaches through the lens of energy—energy management and flow, and client intent, passion and energy to make intentional, authentic and sustainable changes. She believes that everyone is free to make his/ her own choices, that no dream is too big, and that “Where there is a will, there’s a way”.
Sylvie encourages her clients to use their intutition, take risks, challenge their fears and limiting beliefs, be resourceful and authentic, to find solutions that suit who they truly want to be in their various leadership roles as executives, owner-operators, managers, supervisors, co-worker, artists, teachers, parents, etc.
As part of her Leadership services, Sylvie assists her clients in making conscious and pragmatic changes in their professional and personal lives to maximize their potential. These services include individual or group coaching, coaching training, workshop design and delivery, facilitation and management consulting.
On the Energetics side, she assists clients in managing their energy and manifesting the changes they desire from a different level of awareness, using techniques from Eden Energy Medicine, Yogatherapy, Reiki, Matrix Energetics and tools she has gleaned exploring other modalities such as energy medecine or Journey work.

About Sylvie
Sylvie has a broad work and life experience which gives her a unique perspective on client needs and challenges.
Before becoming a certified executive coach, she spent 35 years working in federal and provincial cultural and science organizations, 10 of them directly with leaders.
She has influenced hundreds of managers through her many leadership and advisory positions, playing an active role in strategic planning, mentorship, change management, workshop design & delivery, communities of practice and other learning & development initiatives focused on people and engagement.
She has coached managers and staff through many changes, helping them better deal with change, communicate with others, design and facilitate their meetings, clarify their thinking, and stay on track and true to their vision.
She has experienced many personal and professional transitions—geology, conservation, communications, administration, management—and the challenges of self-employment.
Sylvie is an Associate Certified Coach of the International Coaching Federation and licenced trainer for Coaching Out of the Box ® coaching-skills program. She is a graduate of Royal Roads University (Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching), Queen’s University (Masters of Art Conservation) and the University of Ottawa (Bachelor of Science, Geology).
She is a life-long learner, fascinated by the mind/ body/ spirit connection and the influence of beliefs & intuition on behaviour and results. She has explored this through other disciplines, such as Eden Energy Medicine (certified practitioner), Yogatherapy (YYT 200 hours), Reiki (level 3), Matrix Energetics (certified practitioner) and modalities such as energy medecine or Journey work. She is also a Reiki Master and member of the Association québécoise des thérapeutes naturels (AQTN).
Sylvie enjoys activities such as travel, yoga, singing, skiing, cycling and spending time with friends, family for balance and perspective. She also offers support to people with physical and mental challenges.
She speaks English and French fluently and holds her own in Spanish.
